My cat, Batman, has been feeling poorly for the last couple of days, and I just saw him drink water on his own. What a relief. Now the wounds I got when he fought my attempts to keep him hydrated can heal. Here's a poorly lit pic of him from a couple of years ago when he was a baby.

Yesterday, I took my typically terrible monthly shots of the full moon. As I was walking away from the evening shot, I heard a voice. It was a man at the house, whom I hadn’t noticed, asking me if I had taken his picture. Uh, no, dude.

My work tonight was interrupted when I noticed Ralphie had a mouse in his mouth. Naturally, I started screaming, which caused him to run to the bedroom and onto my bed, where I gained control of the baby, which I released outside. Ralphie’s still searching for his prey on my bed.
