All the while enjoying their night drinking and eating to their hearts content, the captain still kept his gaze open and steady on those around him. One couldn’t be too careful when it came to protecting his crew. Even through the fun, laid back celebratory like atmosphere, he had to be -

@sanguineyonko.bsky.social Impossible not to know who this was (unless you lived under a rock and Cora kind of had but with his line of previous work he'd kept some tabs on the world) and he had made point to avoid as many Yonko and Shichibukai as possible. Paths crossed, sure. Skirting >>

Pulling his lower lip in between his teeth, his gaze darkened as he looked her over. Damn she’s absolutely mouth water in that little outfit and he couldn’t wait to stuff her full. His hand lowered to adjust himself beneath his pants, desire pooling in his gut. But he remained calm, not letting -

a finger sets on her chin, pretending to think. in her little black bunny suit and long fishnets stretched to mould along her thighs, she feels invincible, almost. ”i do want my carrot... i’m awfully hungry, and if i’m remembering right, it does stuff my mouth just right.” —

“I’ve got some wine in the back if that’s any compensation, lad,” he called playfully, red brows lifting and lowering as his eyes sparkled with amusement Ah, to see Buggy all annoyed cause he was there. It was like old times, and if he had known it would be so fun to bother him he would have -

He makes a face at him, arms crossed over his chest but with knitted brows he leans forward as well. "Not very well, you owe me compensation like rent, for taking up headspace over all these years" Grumbling to himself, he looks to his face, looking for signs of any new scars. A glass eye. +

He managed to keep quiet long enough to let her think but the smile never left his face. The hammock rocked slightly as his legs crossed, the sound of the waves crashing among the beach cutting through the night air. Coming here had been a rest place, not a place for romance and certainly not -

“you know,” she says after some silence ( on her part — shanks is rowdy as ever ), ”somebody once said that when you’re drunk, everything tastes just about the same. i think you’re here because you like younger women.” that’s not to say that she hasn’t witnessed him and his crew’s many benders. —

Never too early to get drunk.

Isn’t it too early to get drunk?

Fingers curled around a bottle of rum, Shanks twirled in a circle, laughing loudly as he collapsed onto the sand nearby. He’s had quite a bit to drink.

Taking a seat on the couch nearby, his hand lowered to pat his thigh as his legs opened a bit. A smirk grew upon his lips as he looked her over, hunger in his eyes. “I would love for the little bun bun to come bounce on her carrot and claim it.”

my bunny mind has something its set on, but what would please yo— i mean, what would you choose?

Yawning, he rocked the hammock back and forth, completely aware that Kidd was there.

💭 He’s vulnerable 👀

No? Not at all?

It ain't that odd!

Gaze never leaving her, the grin across his face only stretched wider as the bottle tumbled from his grasp to the sand below. A hiccup escaped him, followed by a bout of laughter as he rocked again in the hammock. “Sorry, love, but I can’t imagine any place I’d rather be right now. The food is -

Won’t be a problem, I can assure you.

Don't fell from the ship

Well, if your little bunny mind can’t handle the decision, I’m happy to make it for you.

i’m sure it will be enough to fill me up and more. giving me the choice is tempting, so much for me to consider...

Is he gonna be fine?

Taking the water from her, he frowned as he looked at it. “Doesn’t seem appetizing,” he said with a chuckle.

*hands him some water* Here. This will help

He rolled over in the hammock, feet moving to touch the ground as he groaned and rubbed his eyes with his hand. Drank too much last night, he’s hungover.

“No rum. Duly noted.” Lifting his bottle in cheers, he finished half of it before sighing and leaning back, moving his hand to softly trail rough fingers over her smaller ones. He knew she wasn’t partial to him getting black out drunk so often but a man had to have hobbies. It didn’t keep him -

”i don’t like the taste of rum. alcohol is only for special occasions, i’d rather not lose my inhibitions every weekend,” sanji replies with a haughty sniff, unwilling to admit that she is a terrible lightweight to someone who drinks his weight in booze frequently. ”you aren’t that well-hidden.” —

In any way you’d like it, long as you get fed properly.

the stars are coming out... are you offering me a carrot to bounce— i meant to say, munch on? don’t tease me, i’m awfully famished.

Looks like darkness has fallen, love. Why don’t you let me give you what you want?

your local easter bunny sometimes craves a carrot after dark. or a grapefruit. #seductivesunday

Humming, he lifted the bottle to look it over with a shrug of his shoulders, loud laughter bubbling from his chest as she shook the hammock. “Wouldn’t offer you anything that might hurt you, sweetheart, but that’s alright, more for me.” He took another long sip as if to accentuate his words. -

”do i want to drink a suspicious bottle of rum where i don’t know the alcohol content?” she replies with an indignant question of her own, in utter disbelief. ”not a chance! it’s all yours.” sanji gives the hammock a shake, but not enough to send him tumbling.

He brought the bottle down from his lips, smile growing as he looked up ad her. “Well, hello there! I sure am. There isn’t much a nice hammock and a bottle of rum won’t fix. Wanna join me?”

her hand grasps the top of the hammock, letting his fate linger in limbo as sanji stares down with a raised brow. ”making yourself at home i see.”

Huh, what an interesting thing to forget about.

My old buddy, huh? We're we friends at one point? I don't remember.

Leaning back to relax in the hammock, he sipped on a bottle of rum, enjoying the smell of salty sea air around him.

Dunno, that’s a question for me crew. I asked for them, they got them. [Loud laughter sounded from him, strong chest reverberating against her back. Her curiosities were cute, wondering about the roots when he never gave it a second thought once they were there. He dipped his head, following -

i was wondering how far the roots go under. ( tearing her eyes away from the long, clustered branches fluttering in the wind, her gaze flickers over the helm and rests on the sky. with the pirate’s large form shadowing over her, she feels a breath catch still in her throat, heartbeat fluttering. ) —

What’s the matter? Didn’t miss your old buddy.

Uh huh, sure i can.

Why, you can still do that here with me.
