looks like I had a productive weekend! scheduled a lot of messages for the team for Monday morning.

I stopped wearing Whoop after using it for a month. i feel *much relaxed* without those recovery and strain numbers and charts. although it worked well to understand how my body responds to sleep and workouts, I think it got me obsessed with the data after a while.

Since it's the early days of 🦋, I hope to discover new & interesting people like the early days of Twitter!

Like almost all social media platforms in their early days, the vibes are great right now because everyone’s posting about the things they love. It always goes south when everyone starts posting about the things they hate. How about this time we all agree to keep it this way?

BlueSky just makes me want to be positive, I can’t remember the last time I felt like this on Twitter.

The people on this platform are just the filtered ones, the early adopters. It's like quality over quantity. I know it won't stay forever but probably the feed algo can be designed so that it doesn't end up like the other platforms when masses arrive.
