Why is it, that whichever swimming pool I am at, there's always a splashy front crawl man swimming down the middle of the medium paced lane, overtaking people because he's too fast - but won't swim in the fast lane? Is it the same man, following me about?

This sign seen in Harlow park this morning irritated on two levels - (a) there is of course no corresponding sign for drivers asking them to be cautious (b) presuming that the use of AI graphics is why the oncoming car is on the wrong side of the road
