At 42, Shane had to learn to walk again after surgery for osteosarcoma. In 2024, he entered the Strongman World Championships and came last. He returned the following year and achieved three podium finishes. Now he is ranked third in Great Britain. Read his story: sarcoma.org.uk/shane-henry/
