✨ Windsor October 2nd ✨ I have one more date available while I’m in Windsor… and I’d love to make it one you won’t forget. 😘
Highlights include uni w/ ikura & caviar (that go "pop! pop! pop!" in our mouths), hamachi, corn soup, toro w/ truffle, and tomago dessert. Each course takes my breath away and leaves me speechless. Paired with the company, this is easily one of the best meals I've ever had.
The next morning w/ head out for bottomless mimosas and Aire. And because I'm learning that maybe I like breaking the rules, we take sneaky pics at the spa. There are giggles, meditative salt floats, and we all brave the cold dip (multiple times, because we are badasses).
The next day we must all part ways. Our gentleman has business to attend to. Sasha has to get back to TO. It was an incredible weekend of joy & connection. We got to learn a lot from this hardworking, smart, and kind gentleman.
Oh, and he brought us a selection of goods from Maude. A company that reigns supreme in the world of sexy wellness. It also happens to be founded by a woman - Éva Goicochea (and her husband) and Dakota Johnson is an investor. Did I mention this gentleman is a total king? 👑
What was supposed to be an overnight in TO with one of us, turned into "How about an extended overnight in TO with two of you?, and then it turned into "How about 48hrs in NYC?" And being the adaptable, joie de vivre having baddies that we are - we were absolutely game for it!

Post noms we use our two feet and a heart beat (4th mode of transportation unlocked) to head to Dear Irving on Hudson at the Aliz Hotel. We get cocktails. I chose The Leopard Print. It seemed fitting. Though I was tempted to get The Legends of Gotham. Just to commit to the bit.
On the way home we run into some road construction. We will have to detour through an intersection. As we assess which path to take a woman construction worker yells at us, "Ya' gonna have to go around! It ain't gonna part like the Red Sea!". And I think, "F I love this city!"
Like other self-employed people, most 🌶️ workers don't get stat pay but we can redistribute money to Indigenous nations and organizations any day of the year! Today is one day but I'm more curious about what action will be taking three months from now. Below are some of orgs closest to my heart 🧡

Back in Toronto after an absolutely incredible weekend. ✨ There’s plenty to share, but I’ll save that for another time... For now, it feels lovely to be home and settling back into this beautiful city of ours. ❤️
