@eriklarsen.bsky.social just dropped a bunch of B&W spiderman shit he did recently. I got zero nostalgia behind this because I missed all his Marvel work and don't care for corpo stuff---but goddamn this slaps. THE TEXTURE WORK ON THE BRICKS BEHIND MARY JANE! That double page splash! Master work!

Super excited to say I’ll be at Forbidden Planet Glasgow’s @smallpressday.bsky.social event this year with my buddy @davidtdunlop.bsky.social and other indie creators! If you’re in the city centre on Sat the 25th, come on down and get some sick swag!!
Malcolm and the whole family in action!!
An abandoned cover that was redrawn and brought back to life. Enough years had passed that Malcolm and Maxine’s kids could fill in for the dear departed Little Wise Guys.
Kid Eastwood 32 is out now and free to read at kideastwood.blogspot.com!! This is one you won’t want to miss!!
HEAD-TURNING SAVAGE DRAGON #280 SELLS OUT AT DISTRIBUTOR, RUSHED BACK TO PRINT THIS WEEK @imagecomics.com @eriklarsen.bsky.social
Alex Ross did a League of Extraordinary Gentleman and 30 Rock Mash up and I'm shocked!
My cover to The Amazing Spider-Man #1000, my initial sketch, the inked art, and my initial color pass.
Well, I enjoyed Supergirl. Minor spoilers ahead. Milly Alcock is not what I pictured as Supergirl--but that's okay. She's unusual looking in some ways and there was no effort made to give her glamor shots. She's much prettier on the red carpet than she is in this movie.
SAVAGE DRAGON 280 is out now and you do NOT wanna miss it!
I watched all of TADC in a day after seeing a portion of the fanbase go feral with vitriol after the finale came out. I’m glad I did and glad I saw the finale on the big screen. It was a good show! I hope Gooseworx gets to relax and keeps on making art.
Just drew a cover to the Amazing Venom #1. It’s based on my previous cover to Amazing Spider-Man #347 from 1991. Hard to wrap my brain around that being 35 years ago!
OTTLEY AND Dragon with Frankenstein's Mobster!
BALTIMORE COMIC CON YEARBOOK SAVAGE DRAGON ARTWORK: Some real cool shit in here!

The inks on one of the climactic spreads from Kid Eastwood the movie vs the finished pages!
Most of the characters in my Spider-Man Noir series were new--including this guy. I created a bunch of new supporting characters and villains.
@eriklarsen.bsky.social Hey, Mr. Larsen. What's with the frog guy in your recent Spider-Man: Noir series? Is he from something or am I just bad a reading comics? 😅
One of the best artists ever. VASTLY UNDERRATED
Teenage Mutant Warhammer Turtles! (once again, because wtf not?)
I like how Erik Larsen spends his whole introduction complaining and saying how much of a bad idea this was
This was part of the Image X-Month crossover, where the Image founders all swapped books for one month. Erik Larsen got WildC.A.T.s, Jim Lee and Brandon Choi got Savage Dragon, Todd MacFarlane got CyberForce, Mark Silvestri got Spawn, Rob Liefeld got ShadowHawk, and Jim Valentino got Youngblood
Captain Marvel, what are YOU doing here??
Got done with issue 41 today! Probably the craziest turnaround time I’ve ever had, with 48 pages in just 17 days! With this, volume 5 is done, and just needs to be put together. it’s been fun writing and drawing monthly issues, but it’ll be even more fun having a physical thing to show for it!
