Just an fyi, of someones selling you smoke about how AI will speed up for early game development. No it wont. Ive worked in games a minute and everyone I know says it takes the same if not longer. You cant speed up iteration and collaboration in an empathy driven medium. #gamedesign

Open worlds should not rely on chance encounters with wandering enemies. You should leverage player driven events that use player stats, state, and location. Trigger the right encounters at the right time. Better Pacing, Better Combat, a dynamic and alive feeling world your players will love.

Sure, AI could make things more productive. That doesnt mean you need to cut your work force. It means those workers could increase their output and reduce the hours you need them to work everyday. If you could improve your workers QOL and you choose not to, is that a moral failing?
