So stage 2 can still proceed. They have upheld the complaint, the money is for gemma and helps her out. I see massive governance and system failure here. They cannot produce signed documents from 2.5 years ago, a year I’ve been on them. No arse covering, lax data retention practices. That changes

So they responded, but didn’t include me in it, which was the whole point of sorting the 3rd party auth 3x now. They offered £250 quid, Gemma accepted so let them know that is still not the end of the matter as it cost 10x that to rectify the garden. there records are non existent according to them

@southernhousing.bsky.social still not engaging int he complaints process. They were supposed to reply by 5pm today or ask for an extension. They haven’t said a damn thing. Calling the ombudsman Monday cos I ain’t bothering with a fucking stage 2. They just don’t give a shit. Will endanger your life
