Ok, this is going to sound bizarre, but we went to see Disclosure Day and I kept thinking “I wish this film had a good soundtrack…”. Get out of the film and everyone is raving online about the John Williams score…. Is it possible our film didn’t have the score? There was no music!

I had the most fantastic time singing with the Maine Music Collective this weekend! About 160 people showed up for a one-day choir to experience the joy of singing in community. There are events in June and July for those who want to join the fun!

It’s Maine Maple 🍁 Weekend! Get out and support your local sugarhouse! Bob’s in Dover-Foxcroft and G&M in Charleston are two great options for a day trip from Bangor. At G&M they served us a sample of hot, fresh amber syrup right out of the sap boiler! The best I’ve ever had.

Single digits and a foot of snow on the way didn’t deter a couple hundred of our neighbors in Bangor, ME from protesting the murder of Alex Pretti by unlawful ICE agents. We stand against ICE brutality, from Maine to Minnesota!
