I scored a great deal today on a second-hand book for my "Economical Bonhoeffer Reference Research Library." Very happy and on a bit of a bibliophile high, if I'm honest.
I just cleaned the BBQ while listening to Three Dog Night. It's the first real summer "thing" I've done all summer.
It's late because of my bout with kidney stones this month...but I was still able to get an issue out!

I am just so tired. It doesn't help that I still don't feel well... or I am now weeks behind on writing projects.. or that the country I live in is literally on fire. I am truly convinced we live in the worst timeline.

First of all: we are all safe, and the storm has passed. It's very sunny and very humid outside right now. But, I have lived a good deal of my life in the city I live in now. Until around 5 years ago, I never once, not once, received a tornado warning. Last 5 years.. around 7 warnings.
