Just saw this advert and it gave me such an interesting insight into how parenting was perceived by the generation that raised mine (not my mom though cause of her undiagnosed autism lol). Nothing reassures me more of the type of mom I don’t want to be. You can show love in so many nicer ways.

Just saw this “childhood autism indicator” trend and I think mine wins. At age 8 I was recreating the Chernobyl power plant with Lego. Plus the hospital they got taken to. Weirdly my mom had zero questions and let me to my thing. I strongly suspect she is also autistic.
