Roasted rack of lamb with barley and lentils. The lamb rack was seasoned w/S&P and pan seared. Cooled, brushed w/Dijon mustard & coated w/Panko seasoned w/S&P, chopped garlic & rosemary, EVOO and finished in a 450F oven. 🍽️🍜

A sous vide lamb shank from Costco over mashed potatoes w/chopped parsley. There should have been more of the sauce. However, as I was simmering the sous vide bag it split as I was pulling it out and most of the sauce went into the water. 🥹 🍽️🍜

While taking a green break I thought a Greek salad would work. Interesting question. Since feta cheese is made as a solid block first, why is it more expensive than what is later processed to be crumbled Feta? Inquiring minds want to know.

I discovered this Texas brand of smoked sausage from Pan. Found at WM. I had a few hot dog buns in the freezer so I thawed them & sauteed some onions, put mustard on the buns and fried the sausage in the pan after cooking the onions and here they are. 🍽️🍜

Green Chile Stew with cubed pork shoulder and white potatoes. Made some corn tortillas to serve with. 🍽️🍜🌶️
Extras in the sauce were brown sugar, Memphis style BBQ sauce and Rendezvous seasoning. Add in pulled pork, stir & simmer & serve over pasta and you have Memphis BBQ Spaghetti. 😋🍽️🍜
