Im actually so tired of being the cover after finishing my initial cover because my manager doesnt know how to roster covers or she uses me to be one despite my original shift ending early I hate this place sometimes 😔
I hate my joooobbbb, everyone keeps quitting and im the one left to pick up their slack cause im an easy target 😭😭 Times where I do stand my ground and tell them I'm not available for most shifts, I still get rostered anyway. What's the point of speaking out if im being ignored 💀
