Unfortunately my grandmothers Alzheimer’s is getting worse 🙃. Officially at the point she doesn’t really recognizes me nor remembering who I am. Which I get. Have been expecting it for a while but it’s tough to experience

Shout out to me getting stuck in our apartment elevator and none of the emergency buttons worked nor did our office manager pick up when I called him like 5 times. Hooray for the fire department breaking me out but yay, definitely not like I have an uncomfortable aversion to elevators now.
This happened to me with art commissions a looooong time ago. Still been a struggle with recovering into actually enjoying my own art again. I still have no interest in taking commissions but it sucks when a hobby loses its joy and more of an obligation

Something weirdly comfortable I’ve found about Pittsburgh is I see…a lot shorter men? Being 5’1” myself it especially felt isolating in the south and my height always got called out. I mean even standing outside now I’ve seen 4 men in the span of like 10 mins who were my height.
