Ever since my cruise, I’ve been obsessed with watching old episodes of The Love Boat. It definitely hasn’t aged well, but it’s still hilariously entertaining.

Today’s port: Skagway! We spent the morning at a historic inn learning about local cuisine, trying some delicious food, and even making our own mini baked Alaska desserts. Such a fun experience and easily one of the best shore excursions we’ve ever done.
Had a great time exploring Mendenhall Glacier. It’s still absolutely beautiful, but bittersweet to see just how much it has receded since our last visit.
Early morning in Endicott Arm. Unfortunately, the fog was too thick for us to make the trip farther into the passage, but we still got to take in some amazing sights.

Packing for the Caribbean: tanks, shorts, sandals. Done. Packing for Alaska: base layer, fleece, puffer, raincoat, rain pants, beanie, gloves, waterproof shoes… and still wondering if I packed enough.
Cruise to Alaska leaves tomorrow and I’ve packed and repacked at least 4 times. I’ll probably do one more round today even though we all know I’m not going to come close to wearing everything I pack.
It's Friday, and I'm 4 hours away from vacation. I was checked out on Wednesday; today I'm just a warm bag of meat taking up space.
Alaskan cruise in 4 days. Safe to say, I’m checked out at work. Consider me on cruise-control. Pun totally intended.
I don't know why, but I've eaten way too much this weekend. But my belly is full and content.
