I make it sound easy and it's doable but even with the 5 lb dumbbells it is difficult for me LOL. When its no longer difficult I go to 8-10 lbs then 15 e.t.c.

Thats it just 15 minutes twice a week eventually 3 times doing full body compound resistance training with lite dumbbells. I looked into it and everyone agrees for the first 2 years just doing this basic resistance can totally transform your body but Im on zepbound. I NEED this training.
