ideally if I can't get this done through a studio, I'd love to keep this going at bumpy dog and get some youtube shorts going or something? I appreciate all of you checking it out <3 #indieanimation #showpitch #fantasy
Suli🌺 - Storyboard Artist Available for Work!@suli.bsky.social · 2mo agoAnyway, here's stuff from my pitch, 'Potions by Bluebell'! Since the Nick dev team did really like it and say it has a lot special to it that resonates...I want to try to do something with it despite it being passed on. Maybe I can pitch elsewhere? If I had funds I'd want to kickstart a pilot.
Bluebell is a highly curious, energetic, and passionate girl who can also be impatient, clumsy, and bratty. Her greatest strength is creativity, but she has bouts of chronic overconfidence. She tends to drag her friends and familiars into crazy ingredient seeking adventures!
Bluebell really is something special, I’m so happy to have provided the character art, and having my studio Bumpy Dog involved.. I truly hope this goes somewhere. We will cook.

Lastly here's some super rough boards I included in the pitch. I wanna clean these up eventually dfkjskf. Hopefully tho its a fun little way to show how the magic works in the show and the dynamic with her and her familiars! We have a whole 11 min animatic but that would be crazy to share haha
and final thanks to everyone else who helped me with the pitch! @sealchomps.bsky.social especially for mobilizing VAs and other artists and for helping me blaze through a bajillion character poses and assets!! @kadejw.bsky.social for tackling huge bits of storyboards with me!
