Warsaw – the city of Bowie’s hymn, guarded by the Mermaid (Syrenka), with a library in a metro station where basil grows on the shelves.
Sometimes in a library I imagine each book as years of an author’s life such that you are standing amidst uncounted hours of effort and concentration like some oasis of meaningful time.

I did something kind for the Sea Library main portal – the good old post box. My boys said you have to film it like this if you want to be cool. So here I am. Painting-everything-yellow-weekend. With a paint given by neighbours as they had leftovers. Kindness everywhere.
