SOUP SZN!! I added onto this (floralapron.com/mushroom-pot...) by adding celery, carrots, and peas that I used to make my own veggie broth! Added in a bit of red wine to deglaze the pan after cooking mushrooms, and also threw in 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, and one tablespoon of sour cream! 🤤🤤🤤
