Completely agree. Whilst a 'thing' called an EHCP is going to exist, it would appear that the intention is to change it considerably. Notably, the white paper gave no clarity as to what the 'new' EHCP contains, nor how it will be prepared. @spcialndsjungle.bsky.social bsky.app/profile/spci...

I iive in Cornwall and we have a 21 year old son with Prader Willi Syndrome. He got his EHCP at 3 and it was created efficiently and in a timely manner. I now find that only 1.6% of EHCPs in Cornwall are written within the 20 week deadline. I'm stunned and frankly disgusted
