Yesterday afternoon, Minister Champagne joined us in the Senate for a Committee of the Whole on Bill C-38, which seeks to extend the federal excise tax relief on gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel. This measure has been in place since April and was originally set to expire on Labour Day. (1/7)
