Mr Carl Fourmile says racism not only an individual act but embedded in structural institutions and it effects people in every aspect of their lives, making them feel lesser than. It's causing what used to be called colonial exhaustion and is now termed 'Blak fatigue'.

We are now hearing from Meta at the Racism Inquiry. Online racism has been called out as violent and increasing by many witnesses in this inquiry. Meta pretends it has all the policies and mechanisms to address if but clearly its not working.
