Baldur Bjarnason@baldurbjarnason.com · 9mo agoMost US media is downplaying this by talking about how few soldiers were sent to Greenland yesterday by the Nordic countries, but omits the fact that they’re all planning officers, preparing first for a large exercise followed by long term stay by a larger force.
Don't bother arguing about whether ICE is a police force or a military force. It's neither. It behaves as a disorganized, violent mob, cursing, shouting contradictory orders, and attacking unarmed citizens on a whim. It is deployed to create fear and chaos, not to enforce laws or establish order.
AOC: What we saw today was a criminal murder a woman while she was trying to flee for her life. What we saw today was a manifestation of every American’s worst nightmare: their government turning into a tyranny.

I feel like this poor book is a stepchild I’ve kept locked in the attic for how little I’ve crowed about it. It’s release day, and this book “Time to Byrne” is the first in a fun, adventurous romp through time travel and love. Think Jane Austen meets The Mummy. Happy Pub Day, little attic kid.
