I have such a large fixation on the music I listen to and I actually think at this point it’s the primary way I express myself
Today was a lot of interrupted sleep and naps with dreams that ranged from “cool concepts that would kick ass a game plot” to “nightmares that made me wake up panicking and sobbing” so that’s fun!
Thank god I start seeing my new therapist tomorrow it could not have been better timed with this depressive relapse
Maybe I’ll save the outdoor errands for when it’s not over a hundred degrees out.
