Zira was sensing a pattern with Eclipse, almost like a running gag in a cartoon or something. She sat criss-cross next to him, and patted his head again. “There… there? uh….?”

Oh now THAT made him mad, he shot up straight to his feet despite the pain. “Listen here, you! You are NOTHING compared to me, and NEVER will be! I! Am Eclipse! And you will fear my na- And his moment was cut off by, you guessed it, him falling over and hurting his shins.

She’s been called far worse. As Eclipse tried rising, Zira patted his head as though he were a puppy needing attention. “Ya know, I’m starting to think you aren’t actually dangerous.”

Using his staff, he pulled himself up. “D-Don’t…think this is over yet, you- you worm!” He tried to sound intimidating, but it’s hard to do that when you can barely stand-

Zira was just sort of, standing over him, feeling a little bad that she had delivered blows to his shins. That said, Eclipse DID blow a hole in the side of her school building so…

Zira choked on a laugh and held her hand to her mouth as if to catch it if it slipped. After all, this guy had magic and she had… nothing. There was a good chance if Eclipse paid Zira any mind, he could obliterate her.

Despite how weak the kick might’ve been, it was still relatively strong enough to cause some damage to his left shin, he falls to one knee, holding his shin. “H-Ha…HAHA! Foolish little worm, I still have my other shi- And his foot slipped, causing him to hurt his right shin-
