Been trying to post daily. Some got 0 likes. That's fine. I'm not specifically trying to build an audience. I'm building a record of showing up for myself.

Someone asked what SocialSpool does. I said 'you write posts on Monday and forget about them til next Monday.' They said 'oh, that's actually useful.' First real reaction.

A user signed up. Didn't convert. Didn't matter. Someone found the site, read the page, and clicked a button. That's a funnel. A leaky one but a funnel.

Friday night. Kid's asleep. Codex is open. Not because I have to. Because for the first time in 12 projects, I think this one might work.

Protein: 180g target. Actual: maybe 120. The math doesn't work and neither will my muscles if I keep this up. Eating more today.

Someone asked if SocialSpool has an API. Yes. Full API. Docs. CLI. MCP. The product is ready. The marketing is the part I'm learning.

Tirzepatide doesn't fix your relationship with food. It quiets the noise so you can actually work on it. The work is still yours.

My ADHD means I can either do one thing for 6 hours straight or zero things while bouncing between 8 tabs. There is no inbetween.

Some days I feel like a founder. Some days I feel like a guy with a domain name and a Stripe account. Today is a Stripe account day.

My biggest competitor isn't Buffer or Typefully. It's the voice in my head that says 'you're not enough.' That voice has 0 MRR too.

Woke up at 5. Coded til 7. Kid woke up at 7:02. The window is small. You learn to be fast or you learn to be okay with unfinished code.

If I could go back 2 months I'd tell myself: stop building. Start posting. The feature you're working on won't matter if nobody sees it.

Every indie hacker I follow has more MRR than me. Used to bother me. Now I just study their first 6 months. Everyone starts at 0.

The difference between a side project and a SaaS is a Stripe integration. The difference between a SaaS and a business is a customer. I'm working on step 2.
