Hi! I post hilariously obscure video game trivia and have a silly little youtube channel about things I find cool in fighting games: https://linktr.ee/SeventhForce

First time I've beaten Emerald without catching Rayquaza beforehand and running through everyone. Manectric was absolutely the MVP of this run, was also my highest leveled member. Always forget that levels don't matter all that much for the E4 in most games.

Big fan of Pokemon Emerald's climax having the heavens opening up and an ancient, legendary dragon descending from the skies only for it to essentially yell out "AYE CUT ALL THAT SHIT OUT FAM" and it just works

Assuming schedules don't change beforehand, this Thursday's going to be a somewhat special Twitch stream: I'll be playing through Megaman Battle Network for the first time! I'll also have some friends hanging out via Discord VC, so it'll be livelier than usual This Thursday @8/8:30ish PM on Twitch!

I appreciate the love on the last video!!! I was kinda nervous about doing a video with no fighting game relation whatsoever, but the warm reception to it gives me confidence in branching out further in the future without alienating anyone (I'll never stop doing fighting game videos, don't worry)

Castlevania Dracula fight tier list. I'm counting Graham for Aria and the Julius Mode finale for Dawn Honestly, there's way more decent Drac fights in the series than bad ones, even the N64 duo have neat ones. I wonder where Belmont's Curse will fall

I mean no disrespect to any people still composing for the series (Tomoya Ohtani's still cooking even if some of his recent work ain't for me) but I feel like Sonic soundtracks really kinda lost something special after Fumie Kumatani left Sega

*likes Marvel Vs Capcom* *Makes videos about Marvel Vs. Capcom* *spends a solid two years alluding to talking about a semi-unrelated game that affected the development of Marvel Vs. Capcom* *finally releases video about said game* a comment:

Kinda wild how in this past week, PSN went down, Xbox Live went down, T-Mobile went down, and now the united online service the building management company I work for uses is completely down (which kinda disrupts my work) And of course, it runs through AWS, lmao. This internet future sucks.

This is one of the most wretched final boss fights I think I've ever had the displeasure of facing in a video game There's literally only one walkthrough on the internet for this game on GameFAQs and the author's strategy boils down to "yeah just use that little kick he'll die eventually I guess"

Thinking about giving Xenogears another try. Couldn't really get into it, or any of its successors before, but I'm feeling open minded. Not sure if I'll make it all the way to Xenoblade but I'm willing to start from the beginning to give it all a fair shake.

I haven't gotten around to watching The Odyssey, but I do appreciate that the discussion around the movie has given the 2005 Brad Pitt Troy movie a new audience, always had a soft spot for it.
