The causes of suffering dwell in the person’s depths. Healing suffering takes place at the level of organization.
Focusing on the tangible – as self-help must do – can't erase the causes of suffering. At best, it provides temporary relief from pain, which is not the change needed.
To break through to your best self, only act on those impulses grounded in love.
