For all talk about how tech fascists want to "destroy democracy", people don't have a concrete idea of what comes after, i.e. "neo-feudalism" "monarchy" "patchworks", "fiefdoms", etc Very simple: "democracy" and "government" as such is replaced by massive VC firms operating through startups
You can see how the issue of crypto and regulation, which resulted in the US in the VCs taking over the government, is actually the same conditions that we will find in countries in around the world. Nigeria making big moves to boost crypto is troubling. www.cnbcafrica.com/media/778334...

In fact, Latin America was one of the VERY FIRST THINGS i told her about at the end of 2024. Because Latin America is one of the VERY FIRST THINGS i tell ANYONE about. So, more than a year and half later, we get Jenny, The Expert in Tech Fascism in Latin America.

Absolutely insane to see entire lines of my work over years get covered up 😭
Jenny Cohn -knows- she is wrong AS HELL for this. She just knows she can get away with it.
I also want to be 100% clear that I treated BOTH Jenny Cohn and Gil Duran very well. I supported and credited and cited and boosted both of their work and gave them what I could. I took both of them separately out to eat and meet in Cali, and I grabbed the check. I don't deserve this. At all.
It's just an excuse to use to cover their tracks. It's a lot to do with misogyny, a TON to do with ableism because I talk openly and frankly about having a chronic health condition (because its important to do) If I was a man, this would be a 1000% different story. Period.

This is, obviously, not Trump's plan but venture capitalist's plan. One of the biggest constraints on their growth right now is the number of people they have who can effectively work at their startups in various roles.
I think one of the interesting things about what is happening now is that basically corrupt governments / institutions / politicians and developers are letting the tech people in, so it is also exposing a lot of that existing system as well for being corrupt

24 planned for Scotland. We have lots of water and renewable energy. 24 data centres will use 1.5 x peak power usage of the entire nation of Scotland. Daily One and a half times the power usage of 6 million people, businesses, hospitals schools. etc 😂 Which is why we are telling them to fuck off.
