Mrs S sensibly keeping a firm grip on the handrail, as the sign warns of the consequences of not doing so. Perilous descent proved worth it for the view of part of Kent that still looks relatively green 🙂

Couldn't get my head around a recent upswing in caterwauling kids going past my shop in recent months. Hell of a lot of screeching & blubbering without apparent reason. Until now. One kid, strapped into it's pushchair was bawling: "I WANT AN ICE CREAM! I WANT AN ICE CREAM!" Outside the shop...🙄
As a veteran of viewing around 45 Superbowls, my TV got switched off the moment the ref's whistle blew for h-t. The Bruce Springsteen SB48 show apart, where he famously did a powerslide on his knees straight into an unfortunate cameraman, these halftime shows are only notable for puke induction 🙄

Just opened the doors for trade and, as I was doing do, a Red Admiral butterfly fluttered away from the doors and to the large windows, where it would undoubtedly become stuck. So I cupped it in my hands and released it. A guy sitting on the bench outside saw this: "Well done! Jesus loves you" Me

Rather good evening at The 100 Club viewing Swell Maps tonight. Up first: Terry Edwards. Trying to work out how many bands I've seen Terry play for is like trying to remember prime numbers from a million backwards. A lot, I feel. Swell Maps then featured him & Luke Haines, tho not together. Fun!
