1. At #PyConUS this year, I met a lot of companies who were putting more effort into hiring junior devs and building grad programs. Much more than last year. It looks like a lot of people are taking the current apprenticeship crisis seriously.

1. If you are trying to use agentic coding to add features to a brownfield/big code base, then it would be easy to assume that bigger context windows will automagically lead to better results.

1. Code is cheap, so many assume that technical debt no longer matters. If you make a mess, you can just wait until a better model comes out and tell it to do better. I think this is a mistake; technical debt does matter.

LLMs code really fast. It's just not feasible for a human to review it all while maintaining perfect robotic attention. We need automated quality gates - this isn't news. But we are still discovering the best practices. Article: Agentic QA using Playwright MCP tinyurl.com/b9yc446e
