I'm filling in an Experience Map for a #UXR project related to trauma I faced ~5 years ago. Woof 😒 Breaks. I'm going to take a lot of self-care breaks. Recalling the actions, thoughts, and emotions required of the map: it's not PTSD (thank God), but it's also not rolling off my back either.
