tfw you impulse buy a pair of as-is powerbook g3 wallstreets because theyre in good shape and the price is too low to turn down, they both work, and one of them turns up with a sonnet accelerator which on its own is worth 5x what you paid

got a new fuse. plugged it in. fireworks happened. which led to the beautifully cursed 1200w corsair running a 1998 ibm tower thats specced for 200w more importantly it works. and yet again, someone forgot to erase their hdd. yay.

this display is possessed. the row driver bus completely collapsed. fixed it with a bodge, but ive still got this line that fades in and out, plus an intermittent flicker of the render ive worked out that theres a -5v sag during those flickers, idk from where. arent old computers fun?
