just some news to share, ended up in ER again. Luckily nothing severe so got to return home but it was definitely a bit of a scare. Just a reminder to never ignore your body giving warning signs and take care of yourself, we only got one life.

If I am inactive don't worry, I am alive just in recovery after a visit to the ER (emergency room). I had a 4 days long migraine attack that kept escalating and no treatment worked so needed medical intervention through hospital.
