The word coming out of Dynasty 25 was "pivot" For AEW Redemption 26 it was "build" 5 letters, but apparently it really means, "Kenny should've wrestled Max for the title and have won there" I wonder if the Mox/Ospreay post match angle would've been better received if Kenny won the belt v retained
Call me a mark, but I'd like to believe that Kenny has enough agency in his booking that he's on board with Mox's involvement with his storyline since TK has said himself that there'd be no AEW without Kenny. This is mainly for those accounts bemoaning that Mox is involved in the first place.
By far, Jon Moxley has to be the most polarizing wrestler in AEW and has been since September 2024. I don't think I've seen anyone be ambivalent about his character. People either love/like what he is doing or outright can't stand his character. It's also kind of funny that he's so "meme-able"
I'm going full AEW shill mode here... Can we just appreciate that the company has built up enough stars that if TK were to book the men's and women's world title matches at All In with who we think should be going in as champ or coming out as champ that he'd have to book a battle royal for both.
A few days out from #AEWRedemption, how spoiled are we that we are getting a main event Kenny Omega singles championship title defense and there are accounts poo-poo'ing this PPV Freezing cold take, but I think this Knight/Omega match will be at least 5 1/2 stars by our favorite wrestling historian
Just listened to a clip of the Post Wrestling AEW Dynamite review of the Kevin Knight/Kenny Omega title match announcement. Is it that much of a hot-take that Kevin Knight is worthy of a ppv main event? I like Pollack and Wai, but the amount of disrespect thrown the Jet's way. Unbelievable.
Tranq club got me thinking about the AEW All In 26 main event. 23 - MJF v Cole 24 - Swerve v Dragon 25 - Mox v Hangman 26 - Ospreay v ??? 2026 is a career year for MJF, but he is also a student of the sport so it would not shock me if he "steps" aside for Omega. Everyone knows Omega deserves it.

I came across a YT clip from @postwrestling.com of their thoughts of the Owen Hart Cup brackets on the men's side and found it refreshing to see their optimism that with Kenny not being in the tourney that it increases the possibility of having Omega/Ospreay III at All In. I hope that's the plan.

Even more niche than pro wrestling, but I'm digging the UCLA/irvine men's volleyball controversy of the no touch call in set 5 on Saturday. Didn't look like a touch and UCLA would've won, but the bruin fans crying about it is laughable because they still had match point and lost 3 points in a row.
TKO/Fed may be bitches, but they aren't stupid enough to admit publicly that said talent left because we wanted them to continue working for pennies on the dollar. Creative couldn't even wait 72 hours before they used the releases/paycuts as part of a promo on TV.

Just saw a YT short with him and Dave which was about how talent may view Triple nose a better booker because he was a worker. It evolved to Alvarez saying that TK lets the talent do whatever they want (risky moves) discounting the fact that it likely goes through a producer (former talents) first.
This may sound controversial, but... In light of what's going on with the other side (fed), I am perfectly fine with AEW being the #2 promotion because a mainly in-ring wrestling company will never be #1 because you have to "appeal/appease" to the non-wrestling audience.
This is a perfect example of why it seems like fed fans are maga voters. Maga voters get mad at the mythical deep state for everything and excuse the orange felon, much like how the fed fans blame tko for all the wrongs with the company and excuse triple Paul. Can't see the forest from the trees.

Management typically decides who gets cut to hit that number. You want to be mad that cuts happened? That's corporate. You want to get mad at *who* got cut? That's management.

This is going to sound petty and tribalistic, but being a few days removed from Darby squashing Max, I like the layout of the match even more considering the YT content creators that didn't like how the match went primarily watch the fed. It makes total sense considering the slop they watch.
Not wasting any time with his title defenses. Wasn't it originally announced that we'd hear from Darby on Dynamite? Not going to complain about this as this match will rock.
