One of the reasons I chose to live upstate are restaurants like @swoonkitchenbar which showed up in Hudson over two decades ago. They haven’t lost a beat. Insane fried artichokes, silky salmon pate, the best local cheeses, kimchi dumplings…it’s like coming home.
