Been looking at my oldest digital drawings today & let me tell you once again, in case you need to hear it you've gotta push through those painfully awkward early stages to get to the good stuff and none of it is wasted time or effort (and keep the old stuff... charting the progress is priceless)

And BEAST universe Port Mafia especially makes me cry ugly tears (ask me about it).”

Art in general has always been a safe space for me to explore and express myself, ever since I was a kid － my artist father is to blame － and I'm always up for a challange and to drive myself until my limits, so I'm really excited to be part of this project and bring to life some of my most intense works so far! I can't thank enough for this opportunity to share my love and fondness for the Port Mafia characters through such a special media. I hope you all enjoy the product of everyone's thorough work!”

Character designs. I made Tachihara a biker bcs I want to see him stray away from the hunting dog/port mafia life after the death of Beast Dazai. References are mostly taken from western bikers rather than japanese biker gangs aka bosozoku for certain reasons (its not just abt the symbol)+
