For two years during the pandemic we had dinner every Saturday night with our neighbors and I never repeated the menu once. I will keep and use these recipes forever as a reminder of the laughs and good meals we shared. Tonight I’ll make pizza with the dough recipe I used then. 🍜🍽️

My cousins, on my mother’s side, gifted me this signed painting by father that hung in their parents home for as long I can remember. I recall being in my aunt and uncle’s Atlanta home on numerous visits and seeing it hanging on the wall.
