What happens when the US decides to pull the plug on someone? The ICC judges found out the hard way. Sanctioned by the US for doing their jobs — issuing arrest warrants for war crimes in Gaza — they were cut off from the modern digital economy entirely.

The enshittification of tech isn't accidental. Politics around the world isn't falling apart. These things are neither separate nor by chance — they are deliberate. They serve the same purpose: consolidating power, expanding surveillance and stripping away privacy and rights in the name of profit.

The world is exceptionally bleak right now — the collapse of our environment, genocide in Gaza (amongst others), Israel and the US setting fire to the world. F--k, we can't even drink rainwater without PFAS in it, and everyone has the equivalent of a plastic bag of micro plastics in their brain.
