While Jon was in his last term at Uni, Varn had been dealing with an increasing pull to return to Moonwood. He is not sure why but the Calling is making him restless, irritable, and increasingly unsettled. Finally he decided to return. He let Jon know and they decided to sell the cabin. #Sims4 (1/3)

I need a place in Gibbit Point so I built an old miner's camp in the empty lot in the upper left corner of the map in the #Sims4 Jon had enough money from the cabin sale to get the land and have a well dug, and get some furniture, but its still off-grid and needs work as its a mess. (1/2)

I figured out how to use custom venues to make an artist's collective studio! Four large studios for pottery and painting. Extra spaces for storage, snacks, socializing and woodworking. Artists are mostly not in the career but serious and needing the space and artistic support! More pics below.

An industrial style building sits on a block with a similar building in Magnolia Promenade. It has a 2 story section and a 3 story section ii different colored bricks.
