Hey, I'm Sim, a small (literally) Brisbane dev enjoying the little things in life & doing my best to create big things. Developing "The Lone Lantern" - he/him - 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Ally - http://simorico.itch.io

Tunic's soundtrack is so amazing! I've been working on multiple pitches for game funds, and that soundtrack has been helping so much to get me through it. Especially "Flux Is On". It's just so pretty.

I never thought colour theory would be so hard. Been trying to get this scene to look right, but it just doesn't look great. I'm gonna have to go back to very very basics, and truly understand it by making small pixel art using different colour schemas for each. Hopefully this will finally work!

I got around to playing FEZ after years of putting it off. What a magnificent game! It feels so influential to modern-day indie game design, pushing the boundaries of how to implement puzzles. It makes me sad that Phil stopped making games, but I guess I can't blame him after all that happened.

Feels like this year’s gonna be a good year for me. Been trying to set everything up slowly over the past few years, and now it’s time to really get shit done! Hopefully by the end of the year, there will be a demo for Lone Lantern! :D
