Okay, got some writing done today, and put in more time on Tokon. Starting to get to grips with it a little more. I'm not used to games where the auto combos seemingly have, like, unique stuff in them. Also my kingdom for a Burst. But I feel like there's strong potential here.
Mm. I've hit the other half of the Tokon experience, getting the folks who mash autocombos. My fault for not having a good answer to them yet, but I'll admit a distaste for how autocombos can turn low level play into a 3-touch slobberknocker.
I regret to admit that Tokon has some proper sauce, and Ghost Rider is fun as hell to play. Now I've just got to hope that the full release is better optimized than the beta. If I've gotta play it on PS5, I will, but it's really gonna sting paying for online play for two fucking games.
Ough. I do *not* have the structural strength and rigidity to deal with so many layers of Discourse and actually hold and defend moral positions. Which is, like, bad for my functioning as a human being. But also fuck's sake can shit settle down for a little bit please?
