I really love the new onimusha because occasionally bosses will just back off and start sizing you up and i cannot resist obliging them. It's such an excellent touch to an already excellent game.

The more that I think about it, people really... don't appreciate art. Like, people want to see that the art got $$$ more than they want to engage with it. Even my own folks have a tend to see my work as a "side hustle". If I didn't have to keep a roof over my head, it wouldn't need to be that.

I read a post earlier A writer who is currently homeless had concerns about her book. Somebody immediately replied to chastise her for expecting her art to benefit her. People hate artists. People absolutely hate artists.

It's a cult following. Like Disney adults--the book and/or the movies are so ingrained in one's psyche that it becomes an identity. If you like certain media, there's a healthy and nuanced way of engaging with it
