Really hope I can get back to the gym soon. Was away for a week,then had knee problems,and then this annoying sciatica for the last few weeks,so I haven't been for ages. I definitely feel like I just put the weight back on,that I worked hard for the first half of the year to lose.
Today is the first in weeks that I can actually move without painkillers,maybe the sciatica is finally gone 👀 Really hope so cause I wanna go back to the gym 😭
