#EvilDeadBurn is a relentlessly savage bloodbath that basks in its razor-twisting, stomach-churning brutality. It's exactly the grisly, nasty experience Sébastien Vanicek set out to make. A guy two seats over from me audibly gagged during one scene.

#TeenageSexAndDeathAtCampMiasma is wickedly smart and stylistically dreamy. Jane Schoenbrun both deconstructs and twists the slasher sub-genre with such hyper-sexual precision. Elatedly weird, original filmmaking. Hannah Einbinder is incredible.
