Looking back, I like how the hex pattern on her outfit turned out in this. CSP didn't have a liquify brush at the time, so I ended up using an ancient copy of Photoshop CS4 to do it. The process ended up being really awkward and difficult 😅

My retro anime hot take is that I really enjoyed ep 14. I don't know that I'd call it *good* storytelling, but I feel like its existence almost makes the OVA more notable. Or maybe I was just inoculated by Metal Gear. It's the anime equivalent of the revelatory late-game codec convo lol

Does that "smug bedroom eyes" style that all these "artists" trace have an actual origin or is it just a genAI melange? Sets off alarm bells every time I see it.
It probably shouldn't need to be said but HG101 and all of its books are 100% gen AI free. Beyond all of the ethical implications, it's also a crap technology that turns out absolute garbage.
