When two columns buckled on the 21st floor of 235 E 42nd Street, City workers jumped into action.  Yesterday I invited the DOB and FDNY first responders to City Hall and thanked them for their bravery.  We’re fortunate to have dedicated civil servants like these.

A white Christian leader killed his wife & 6 kids. Why is no one asking: -Is this an honor killing? -What is it about white culture that creates this violence? -Where was he radicalized? Imagine he was Black, Muslim, or an immigrant. This is how media enables white supremacy & fascism. Reject it.
