Every school wants to find more money, but when Ohio State can get $17 million annually for patches, others fall behind even more than if no one had done patches in the first place. The search for money to catch up is actually increasing the gap.
I didn’t think UH would get much bulletin board material after a 10-3 season (and thats mostly held true) but this and PFF having Weigman as the 10th rated projected Big 12 starting QB are making up that gap nicely. (Still love @skhanjr.com to be clear)

Every sport has leaned so far into replay to get everything right that it's ruining moments. It's hard to immediately celebrate goals or basketball buzzer-beaters because we need to check first. I don't know if it's ultimately good or bad.

Yes. But I only saw his final high school game, in the 5A state semifinals vs Austin Westlake at the Astrodome. He threw for 400 and 5 TDs and ran for 100 and 1. And the only defensive stop they made all game was the one series he played at safety. Madison lost that day but he still won.

CFB's offseason schedule is one step closer to change. FBS Oversight Committee officially proposed replacing spring football/summer workouts with 21 off-season practices across two time periods (7 weeks total, no single period more than 5) and shortening training camp from 25 practices to 21. (1/3)
