If you only targeted the 1000-odd US Billionaires with a 5% wealth tax, periodically (each 5 years), literally none would be impacted in terms of lifestyle or generational wealth. That's $350+ Billion in revenue. ($70-80 Billion/year) Expanding to 11,000+ Centimillionaires easily doubles that.
